Wanhao Duplicator i3 upward filament tube holder

All the filament tube holders I have seen thus far have the tube holder at some angle to the mounting plate. When I printed out these holders I couldn't find an orientation that prints all the parts in the strongest orientations.

This holder follows James Armstrong's design for the most part, the only difference is the orientation that the tube maintains once connected. The default screws need to be replaced by longer screws, and the tube used is the PTFE 2mm ID 4mm OD tube common with bowden
