RAMPS 1.4 + SD Card Enclosure

Hadn't found a RAMPS box that I liked that also supported SD RAMPS reader so I modified YARB to suit (Thanks!).

Changes I've made:

SD cutaway in sidewall - it's longer than it needs to be but I found it useful for a short endstop cable. You can shorten it my ~5mm if you want.

Extended the overall box length by 7mm. SD RAMPS actually extends past the other boards.

Removed 2 decorative fan vent pieces for better flow.
