Ultimaker 1+ and 2 improved Z-nut

This is a fix for the play in the z-nut of the Ultimaker 1+ and 2. The play in the original z-nut causes an overextrusion layer followed by an underextrusion layer.

I made them from ABS, but a more wear resistant material is very recommended. Nylon or iglide tribo. Print with 100% infill.
