New tower for "Concrete castle"

New towers for "Concrete castle". I really liked the original design, and just wanted to fine tune it a bit.

Anyway, in my version of the castle, there is going to live a librarian with a very twisted mind, so the tower had to match that mind ;)

I have made three changes to the original design:
* A new higher straight tower piece
* A platform in one of the larger of the battlement towers
* A twisted pointy roof
