Tilt Lirght and Cable Covers for Toolson's Hotend Mount

Toolson's design for the extruder mount is great! I just wanted to modify the light bracket so you can tilt it. I was a bit concern that the bracket may direct some of the air coming from the hotend cooler fan into the platform, something I always try to avoid when printing ABS.

I also added a couple of covers for the 40mm fan cables.

Print with no support as there is already some support added to the bracket. 0.2 layers should be good enough. You will need a M3 x 30mm bolt for the bracke
