Makerbot 2 Fan / Heat Sink Spacer

After disassembling a Makerbot 2 extruder a few times to deal with clogged nozzles, the heat sink got loose and started to rattle against the fan. This is a fix to that issue, it is a spacer that goes between them. Couldn't find it anywhere so decided to quickly model a solution.
