Dual nozzle modified for the Vulcanus V1

Modified to work with the mounting of the belts of a Vulcanus v1.
Only thing i need now is to make a good platformcooling with a radial fan (same fan that Ultimaker uses to cool its electronic), but because im only printing in PLA this is not a big prio right now.
The hotend I use that fits is a E3Dv6 clone with PTFE lining (aka more like a E3D V6 Lite) that fits very tightly.
