RigidBot cable chain and mounts

This is a cable chain assembly for the Rigidbot factory extruder setup. For the RB Regular you will need 27 links. For the vertical section, I have no idea as I changed out to Peter Stoneham's dual rev 2 plate and stopped development on this.
