UltiController Locking Sideplates

The direct-replacement sideplates for the Ulticontroller keep it from moving around. Just twist the knobs to lock it in-place. Don't twist too hard because it is more difficult to unlock. Knob is printed at the same time as the sideplate with a 0.5 mm gap.
