Luggage Rack bracket for rear/tail light

A clamp to attach a rear bike light to an older style luggage rack.
Fits racks with 8mm bars, approximately 85mm centres. There is a few mm of play either way. If not, stretch/shrink objects slightly or use a dremel. 'socket' for the light's clip is about 9mm across.

Use a fair amount(40% seems good) of infill and perimeters for strength.
Screws are about 3mm across the thread and 11.5mm long. No idea what their size is.
