Prusa air 2 Z threaded rod support bracket

Inspired by virex Z support, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34758, this adaptation is for people like me, that have acrylic "air 2" side panels without slots.
Uses standard SKF bearing OD 22mm x 8mm ID x 11mm height
