I printed this model with the following settings:
layer height= 0.3 mm
Shell thickness= 1.2mm
enable retraction
bottom/top thickness= 1.2 mm
Fill Density = 40 %
Print speed= 15
Printing temperature= 242 ºC
Bed Temperature= 70 ºC
Support type = Everywhere
Platform adhesion type = none
Diametre Filament=1.75
Flow(%)= 180%

Initial layer line with (%) =100
Travel speed (mm/s) =60
Bottom layer speed (mm/s) = 15

And i set up a special system to tighten the filament as you can see
