Printrbot 1405 universal hotend mount

I had to design this because I broke my Ubis hot end and decided well, if I'm going to buy a new one might as well upgrade. After I got it is when I realized that it was shorter than the Ubis, much like the E3D hot end. So I whipped this guy up to clamp it under the stepper. this was supposed to be a temporary fix but has worked out well enough that I never got around to changing it.
