Delta adjustable heated bed mount

Made a better hotbed mounting option for my Folgertech Rev B Printer. With the stock mounting, getting a level bed by adjusting endstops proved to be a real pain. This mount when used with a small spring makes bed leveling a quick and easy process. The springs also provides a small cushion for any of those accidental bed crashes
