Shelf holder for old medicine cabinet

A friend of mine had some old medicine cabinets for which she was unable to find suitable shelf holders. I printed these ones for her, and they worked ... we had seen many home improvement forum posts lamenting the absence of such holders from the market, so I figured it'd be a public service to post mine here.
