Duplicator 4 Extruder Heatsink/Fan 1-piece spacer

Ditch to PITA Teflon tube style spacers with a pair of these 1-piece spacers. I tried the Flashforge spacers for my Dup4 but they did not fit my extruder heatsinks so I modified the design to accommodate the Wanhao Duplicator 4 printers.
