Handle Spool and Tool Holder for Printrbot Simple Metal

This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:387313, with a tool holder attached. There are no other good ways of mounting a tool holder on the Simple Metal that I could think of. I also decreased the size of the handle a little bit to accommodate spools with 33mm inner diameter, and increased the size of the mounting holes opposite the nut holes to allow use of an 8mm washer.
