Customizeable PCB Holder

This is a remix of #825279 - the main PCB - in order to fit to every PCB Board.

I thought the original design is very useful, but I wanted to use it also for other PCB Boards.

So I modified the main code in a way, to maintain easy the PCB thickness, PCB width and thickness. Also I "locked" the screw holes to the corner in a way, that those will change position automatically, if you setup new measurements.
