Prusa i3 Plus - X axis endstop mount.

I am uploading this since it was requested after being seen in one of the images for one of my other designs. Its not the best thing because:

* Its a bit tricky to print, I recommend only using only two perimeters.
* You need 0% Infill for the upper bit otherwise it bulges (use Slic3r mod part)
* You have to remove the connector by pushing the flats of the connector down with a screw driver.
* Need to gently bend the endstop spade connectors to get it to fit
* Requires two m2 bolts, and
