MK8 fan shroud with supports

Redesigned for the MK8 hotend for the Prusa XI3 which has it's extruder on the opposite side. Also added column supports within the duct to help with the bridging since part of the point of having the fan was to help with the bridges.
This version has 10mm width so M3x50mm screws were required to secure the extra length.
