Motorcycle Accessory Bar 11-13mm device bracket

A variation on my first accessory bar bracket. This design will allow for any Ram-mount 2 hole diamond base to be mounted both horizontally and vertically. as well as allowing for the 4 hole configuration of both Garmin and TomTom GPS devices.
