custom extruder gears

sorry for the german part names
klein = small
gross = large

usable with the wade extruder.

large gear:
teeth: 39
hole and hexagon made for M8 hexagon head bolt

small gear
teeth: 11
hole: 5mm (for NEMA17 engine)
axial hole 2.5mm for M3 thread. (Don't know if this works well. Haven't test it yet)

axial distance: 40mm
