parametric bearing pillow block - small fixes

it is very minor remix.
check PillowBlock_608_bearing for most decent version.
it includes mount option using hex nut trap sockets being closer to the pillow block itself.

also added simple flanges allowing adapting the bearings to smaller rods and creating additional dust-proofing flange.
