Ultimaker Bowden Clamp

One more variation on an Owen design. This part replaces wooden hot end component labeled 8A.

I have several variations here:
[UPH-01-001] Basic printable replacement for wood part 8A.
[UPH-01-002] Same part with integrated Bowden clamp.(shown in photo)
[UPH-01-003] Same part with two integrated Bowden clamps.
[UPH-010-010] Required tapered nut for two threaded clamps.
