Quick Release Lever for 4mm bolt

This is a copy of Jag's Quick Release Lever for 4mm bolt (thing:7449) for his Yet another extruder filament drive (thing:7113)

I needed one with built in support but couldn't convince RepG to give me any.

I'm getting a lot of use from Jag filament drive. It's really well made. Thanks Jag!
