Rostock Max EZStruder Top Plate Mount with ears

This is eactly the same as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:99151 except I added ears because it was getting close to impossible to get a good print without ears on it. All credit to the origital creator jetpad and if he wants to add this version to his page so people can grab it with or without ears then I'll will delete this one to keep things nice a neat.
