Nut, Bolt, Washer and Threaded Rod OpenSCAD library

02/12/2016: This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193647.
1) removed deprecated 'assign'
2) replaced deprecated 'triangles' with 'faces'
3) made width of wingnut configurable in module 'wing' (had problems with origianl 3mm thick wing breaking)

UPDATE 02/16/2016: error in original upload. step_shape_degrees should be 30, not 60. I have upload a new scad file and a new stl file for the socket head bolt.
