Folgertech Prusa NEMA 17 Inductive Sensor Mount

This is a remix of Kyles NEMA 17 mount. His mount worked really well so when I switched to inductive sensing for auto-leveling, this mount needed a few changes.

Can be installed facing the right or the left of the extruder, depending on where you want your inductive sensor.

This is for the 12mm LJ12A3-4-Z/BX sensor
