CTC Dual Nozzle Alignment Tools

So, for my CTC this was a little (just by a little) too tight height wise and also with the extruder block. I trimmed out the inner curved edges, and made a few different sizes for varying models. The original (Raggen7 made this for the Wanhao i4) was 36mm in height, my 36mm height version is obv the same, just with the inner edges cut out for better fit on CTC machines (mine and my friends at least).
