Raspberry pi 2 bumper with mounting holes and fan holes (40 mm)

Updated the files to increase the "legs" size, to make the pi fit better. Should fit great now. (

I've designed this custom raspberry pi 2 bumper enclosure with gpios quick acces and holes for a 40 mm fan.

You will see several files in there for the top case:

* *base_top_gpios* includes just the gpios cut
* *base_top_gpios-small* includes just the gpios cut, but smaller.
* *base_top_gpios_fan* includes the "bigger" gpios cut and the 40 mm fan
