E3D v6 K8400 endstop extender

I modified the endstop extender for the K8400 in order to use it with the E3D v6 mount from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:750821

The other files are the modified firmware (vertex-m1-v1.4-h1-E3DV6.zip) and the new settings for Cura Engine (CuraSettings.zip) in Repetier-Host. The installation guide for the firmware can be found inside the ZIP file.
