PCB Vise - Drive Screw with Flat Sides

I always had issues printing the drive screw for the 3d printed PCB vise...printed vertically, the gear would suffer sever delamination and break during post processing or assembly of the vise and printing horizontal never worked due to the drive screw being round which during printing the bottom layer/s don't stick and print well.

I decided to use Netfabb Basic (client edition) and cut the sides flat on the threaded rod (drive screw). Doing so, allows for better print bed adhesion, less sagg
