sd card holder for CTC biezer wood and other printers with 5mm walls

as many other version, this is my sd card holder for my ctc biezer, made to clip on the wood shell of the printer, i prefer to use it in the upper part of my printer.
there are 2 version one with a more precise fit for the cards and one a with wider holes
