350W wheelchair adapter

These are the mounting pieces for a 350W scootor motor to attach to a wheel chair wheel. Also requires 4 (3" x 1/4") threaded rods, 2 (6" x 1/4") threaded rods, 12 bolts for the rods, two 2" wall screws, and two 3 1/2" wall screws.
