Snowstock Delta bracket for 40 mm distant extrusions (e.g. Kossel)

A very quick remix of pefozzy's Delta bracket (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:467289), which holds Pablo's controller case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:213852) in place.

Instead of 30 mm, the distance between the holes is 40 mm now.
