Micro-SD card box with sliding SD card lid

I have a rather large number of micro SD cards, each of which came with a converter to SD format. I decided to make some boxes for the micro SD cards and rather than using a label I thought having the converter as the lid would be a good idea. This is, of course, trivial - and I am sure that many of these exist....but I though I would add mine here.
