Hex base customizer

This is a customizer designed to create hex bases for use with various gaming systems such as Battletech. Options for base creation include earth magnet holes, slope angle for sides, and a sub-hex inlay for the top of the hex. I've also included a Beta option to bevel the edges and corners.

Notes: The default settings should work for a Battletech compatible base (30mm along the bottom and 25mm at the top). Additionally, by default, there are 4 holes sized for 3mm diameter earth magnets; when
