Mega Prusa i3 X-Axis strain relief bracket

As X-Idler in my Mega Prusa i3 is not symmetric and I cannot use original DrRalph design, I've designed the new one from scratch.

Also made pockets for cable ties.
Used M4 nuts and bolts.
