Parametric cam follower for straight arm microswitch.

A pseudo-roller that can be pushed onto the lever arm of a microswitch that doesn't have one. Default size (and the STL provided) is 5mm radius, designed to fit a lever arm with thickness 0.6mm and width 4.5mm.
