Another remix for One/Two-Up Extruder using E3D hot end

Another remix of the great extruder by DDeGonge888 for the QU-BD TwoUp printer using the E3D hot end. I wanted the whole one end open for easy cleaning, holes at the bottom so junk will fall out, and the lever on the side/top (nowhere near the hot parts) so I burn myself less.
This is so much better than the stock one.
