Rostock Max v2 Dial Indicator Mount

I built this mount to attach a Harbor Freight dial indicator to my RoMaxV2 to better calibrate the bed geometry. I'd started with other designs, but went with this because it had more contact area with the indicator barrel, which helps keep it more stable in use. The thickness will also (hopefully) keep the part together while adding/removing the indicator, as the center hole is purposefully a tight fit.
