Printbed and z-axis calibrating tool for the K8200

By searching the problem of bad surface at printing i made an adapter for mounting the messuhr at the printerframe.
So i can check the z-axis layer high.
It is also posible to adjust the printbed high.

Diameter of the dial indikator (messuhr) is 57mm
update added diameter 50mm

update added diameter 55mm
update added diameter 52mm
update added diameter 53mm 7mm higher
