Prusa i3 (P802M Zonestar) Conversion kit to E3D-Hotend + Bowden Extruder

I had to replace my original Hotend and decided to use a E3D v6-Hotend. At the same time I converted the Printer to Bowden-Extruder. I wanted to reuse as much of the old stuff as possible.
