4.5mm BB thrust bearing with plate

This version includes a plate to hold the BB's in place to reduce chatter

It does work, and is definitely lower friction than the cage-less version, but still, not a directly usable design -- you'd need to punch an axle with openscad or more likely just use the design as part of your own openscads.
