Prusa/Reprap i3 Z-axis endstop holder

I designed/remixed this endstop holder after being unable to find a usable existing design. It is compatible with the [**Improved XZ axis** by _jkoljo_](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:372056) :)
Also, this was my first OpenSCAD project ever! \o/
