Diicooler adapted for Wanhao D5s

This is an adapted Diicooler for the Wanhao D5s. It is mounted on the right of the extruder to prevent it colliding with the perspex side panel when the case is attached to the printer. Due to the location of the fan it will collide with the right hand stepper motor at when z=0.
