The adapter plate to mount Kenwood V71a head on Lido Mount LM-300-AMP (http://www.lidomounts.com/kenwood-ham-radio-mounts/LM-300-Kenwood.html).
The first version had a 2.8mm thick plate, but after two days in a car under the sun, it started sliding in and out of the mount too easy. The udpated version has 2.9mm base plate, but now you need to apply some force to get it on the mount.
