Ed Nisley's Right Angle NEMA-17 Stepper Mount

Ed Nisley made a [wonderful stepper mount](http://softsolder.com/2011/08/23/nema-17-stepper-motor-mount/), but it was missing a simple library and would not compile OOTB. I figured I would re-upload the monolithic code and rendered model here.
