Edwards Trigger Thumb Pad replacement

This provides an alternative to the OEM barrel thumb pad for current model [Edwards trombones](http://edwards-instruments.com/trombone/index.php "Edwards") with F-attachment. Just make sure no debris obstructs the conduit, then slide it onto the spindle.
