Extruder initial fix to Cable Chain for original Prusa i3 2015/2016

Just use 20 pieces to X/Z axis
At extruder side I inserted a initial chain, at another side, in the RAMBo motherboard I used nylon tie and glue to fix the cable chain. (see pictures)
